RESOLVED, by the City Council of :he City of South
San Francisco,th at
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous ordar of the City Council
and published notice, bids were publicly opeoed, examined
and declared on the 94+h day of ~e~t~m~r , 196~
for the work to be done and the improvement to be made as
described and specified:

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED aS follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said pro-
posals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract for doing the work and improvements and
furnishing the materials, supplies and equipment necessary
therefor, to the lowest responsible bidder, at the unit pti-
ces named in their .bid to wit:

Barton Construction Company
2. That the Hayor of said City is hereby authorized to
make' and enter into a written contract with said successful
bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to
attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of
the City.
