4. Public Comments — comments were limited to items on the Special Meeting
Agenda.
None.
5. Closed Session: Conference with Legal Counsel: Existing Litigation
(Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a).)
Pacific Bell v. South San Francisco /Mitchell Engineering/Precision Engineering
Metwally v. South San Francisco
Promenade v. South San Francisco
Closed Session opened: 6:38 p.m.
Open Session resumed: 6:48 p.m.
Report out of Closed Session: By a 5 -0 vote Council authorized staff to file with
ABAG seeking potential coverage for the three existing cases.
6. Adjournment.
Being no further business, Mayor Mullin adjourned the meeting at 6:49 p.m.
