A RES6LUTION AUTHCRIZING AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY AND SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO SCAVENGER COMPANY REGARDING
.
DEBRIS BOX AND LAWN TRIMMING PICK-UP
~ SERVICE
BE IT RESOLVED BY TKE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO that the Council having received the
proposal from the South San Francisco Scavenger Company
regarding a Ten Dollar ($10.00) increase per box for debris
box and lawn trinuning pick-up service rendered to City, and
the charge per ton to be made City after January 1, 1971,
and the Council having further considered the 'recommendations
of the Department in regard thereto, does hereby authorize
the City Manager to accept said proposal as modified as an
amendment to the agreement between the City and South San
Francisco Scavenger Company.
I hereby certify that the-foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a
meeting held on the %6~ day of
