1. Call to Order. Time: 9:47 p.m.
2. Roll Call. Present: Councilmembers Addiego,
Matsumoto, and Mullin, Vice
Mayor Gonzalez and Mayor
Garbarino
Absent: None.
3. Agenda Review.
No changes.
4. Public Comments — comments are limited to items on the Special Meeting
Agenda.
None.
CONSENT CALENDAR
5. Motion to approve expense claims for Redevelopment Obligation Retirement
Fund for February 22, 2012.
6. Motion to approve expense claims for Redevelopment Obligation Retirement
Fund - Housing for February 22, 2012.
7. Resolution No. 1- 2012 approving a Recognized Obligation Payment
Schedule ( "ROPS ").
Motion— Vice Mayor Gonzalez /Second— Councilman Mullin: to approve Consent Calendar
Items 6 & 7. Unanimously approved by Voice Vote.
Item No. 5: Councilwoman Matsumoto questioned an expense payable to Medallion Glass.
Consultant Sanchez explained the expense was incurred to fix a broken window at the Ford
property that was presently being occupied by MidPen for its rental operation. The window
suffered hairline fractures that could have worsened and caused great harm had the repair not
been performed.
Motion— Councilwoman Matsumoto /Second— Councilman Addiego: to approve Consent
Calendar Item No. 5. Unanimously approved by Voice Vote.
8. Adjournment.
Being no further business, Mayor Garbarino adjourned the meeting at 9:49 p.m.
