A RESOLUIION AUIHORIZING EXECUIION OF AN AGREEMENI
BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO FOR JOINT PARTICIPATION IN THE
MISSION ROAD REALIGNMENT PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:
1. The "Agreement Between the County of San Mateo and the
City of South San Francisco for Joint Participation in the Mission
Road Realignment Project" (Draft identification: SHC:DFW:lg Sept-75)
is hereby authorized, and
2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said
Agreement on behalf of the City of South San Francisco and City Clerk
attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meetin~ held on the 3rd day
of September , 1975, by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Richard a. Battaglia, F. Frank Mammini, Terry J. Mirri,
Leo Padreddii and Warren Steinkamp
