RESOLUTION NO. 82 -77
A RESOLUTION 'ORDERING CHANGES raND MODIFICATIONS
STONEGATE RIDGE UNIT NO. 1 ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
SOUTH ACCESS ROAD
(SUNSET AVENUE)
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 67-77 of this Council
ordering same, adopted on May 18, 1977, notice has been duly giVen
of the intention of this Council to change and modify the proceed-
ings Under ResOlUtion of Intention No, 4271 adopted on August 16,
1965; and
WHEREAS, no persons interested appeared or filed written
protests against said proceedings or any part thereof and all per-
sons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard,
and all matters and things pertaining to said changes and modifica-
tions were fully heard and considered by this Council;

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that:
1. Ail protests and objectiOns be, and they are hereby,
overruled.
2. The changes and modifications in the proceedings under
said Resolution of Intention be made and had, all as. more particu-
larly described and set forth in said Resolution'No. 67-77 adopted
May 18, 1977; provided, that the name of the proposed new street
shall be SUnSet Avenue.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 15th day of June
1977, by the following vote:
