A RESOLUTION OF T}~ CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AU~{ORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE SOUI~{ SAN FRANCISCO
POLICE DEPAR/NF2qT TO EXECUTE TRAINING
AGREEMENTS BETWEEN CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO AND /]~E STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
DEPAK~ OF CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL,
AND THE STATE POLICE.

WHEREAS, The State of California, Department of California
Highway Patrol, and the California State Police require written training
agreements from any agency participating in their training programs; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department of the City of South San
Francisco desires from time to time to participate in certain training
programs 'sponsored and administered by the Department of California
Highway Patrol, and California State Police; and
WHEREAS, resolution of the South San Francisco City. Council is
required for the 1978-79 and 1979-80 fiscal years;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the South~San Francisco City
Council as follows:
That the South San Francisco Police Department Training Manager
is hereby authorized and directed to sign such training agreements when
required for the fiscal years 1978-79 and 1979-80.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 3rd day of
