1. Call to Order. 9:51 p.m.
2. Roll Call. PRESENT: Counoxlmembers Addlego,
Matsumoto, Mullin, Vice Mayor Gonzalez
and Mayor +Garbarino.
ABSENT: Norge.
Agenda Review.
City Manager Nagel advised Item 9 was removed from the Agenda.

4. Public Comments — comments are limited to items on the Special Meeting
Agenda.
CONSENT CALENDAR
5. Motion to approve the Successor Agency Minutes for meetings of May 16,
2012, May 23, 2012 and June 6, 2012.
6. Motion to approve expense claims for Redevelopment obligation Retirement
Fund Payments for June 27, 2012.
7, Motion to approve expense claims for Redevelopment obligation retirement.
Fund -- Housing Payments for June 27, 2012.
Motion— vice Mayor Gonzalez /Second— Councilman Addiego: to approve the Consent
Calendar. Unanimously approved by voice vote.
ADMINISTRATIVE BUSINESS
8. Resolution No. 5-2012 adopting the Operating Budget for the Redevelopment
Successor Agency for the first six months of 2012-13.
Director of Finance Steele explained the budget mirrored the previously approved Recognized
Obligations Payment Schedule for the July 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012 period, which
was approved by both the Successor Agency and Oversight Board.
Motion— Councilman Addle go/Councilman Mullin: to approve Resolution No. 5-2012.
Unanimously approved by voice vote.
9. Resolution recommending that the Oversight Board approve an amendment to
the Lease Agreement with Sitike Counseling Center for the facility at 306
Spruce Avenue.
Item not heard.

Being no further business, Mayor Garbarino adjourned the meeting at 9:56 p.m.
