1. Call to Order. 8:29 p.m.
2. Roll Call. PRESENT: Boardmembers Addiego,
Matsumoto and Mullin, Vice Chairman
Gonzalez and Chairman Garbarino.
ABSENT: None.
3. Agenda Review.
4. Public Comments — comments are limited to items on the Special Meeting
Agenda.
CONSENT CALENDAR
5. Resolution No. 9 -2012 approving the Housing Asset Inventory required by
AB 1484, and acknowledging the conveyance of the housing assets of the
City in its capacity as Housing Successor.
6. Resolutions Nos. 10 -2012 and 11 -2012 recommending that the Oversight
Board Approve Lease Amendments to the Leases between the Successor
Agency and the County of San Mateo and Sitike Counseling Center.
Motion— Boardmember Matsumoto /Second— Boardmember Addiego: to approve the Consent
Calendar. Unanimously approved by voice vote.
ADMINISTRATIVE BUSINESS
7. Presentation and consideration of the draft Recognized Obligations
Payments Schedule (ROPS) for the period January 1, 2013 through June
30, 2013.
a. Presentation of draft ROPS.
b. Consideration of Resolution No. 12 -2012 approving draft ROPS.
Director of Finance Steele presented the staff report explaining that under new Redevelopment
Reform Clean-up Legislation, AB 1484, deadlines for submittal of ROPS have been moved up.
Accordingly, it was necessary that the ROPS for January 1, 2013 through June 30, 2013 be
brought before the Agency at this time.
Motion-- Vice Chairman Gonzalez /Second— Boardmember Addiego: to approve Resolution No.
12 -2012. Unanimously approved by voice vote.
ADJOURNMENT
Being no further business, Chairman Garbarino adjourned the meeting at 8:40 p.m.
