4. Motion to approve the minutes of the October 24, 2012 Meeting.
5. Motion confirming payment registers for Redevelopment Obligation
Retirement Fund Payments for November 14, 2012.
6. Motion confirming payment registers for Redevelopment Obligation
Retirement Fund—Housing Payments for November 14, 2012.
7. Motion to cancel the Regular Meeting of November 28, 2012.
Motion—Vice Chairman Gonzalez/Second—Boardmember Addiego: to approve the Consent
Calendar. Unanimously approved by voice vote.
ADMINISTRATIVE BUSINESS
8. Discussion of State Department of Finance rejection of Successor Agency
request to retain Low and Moderate Income Housing Funds to make the
September 1, 2012 Housing Bonds Debt Service Payment.
Finance Director Steele advised that staff would appeal determinations by the California State
Department of Finance pertaining 1) debt service on housing bonds and 2) $17,000 in invoices
applicable to enforceable obligations that were approved but not billed as of June 30, 2012 when
the Redevelopment Agency was dissolved.
