SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO PARK RECREATION AND PARKWAY DISTRICT, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING GRANT OF EASEMENT FROM
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO TO PACIFIC GAS &
ELECTRIC CO. - OYSTER POINT BLVD~ AND OYSTER PT. MARINA
WHEREAS, the construction work of Oyster Point Village Associates, Inc. has
reached a point where permanent electrical service to the buildings is required;
and
WHEREAS, in order for the Pacific Gas and Electric Company to provide the
necessary underground electrical service to the lessees premises, a Grant of
Easement for certain underground electrical distribution facilities adjacent to
the lease parcel and all necessary rights of way and easements must be granted
to the Pacific Gas and Electric Company; and
WHEREAS, a drawing showing all necessary rights of way and easements has
been prepared as part of the Grant of Easement; and
WHEREAS, the San Mateo County Harbor District, Board of Commissioners, has
previously approved a Deed of Conveyance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the South San
Francisco Park Recreation and Parkway District that:
1. The Grant of Easement among the San Mateo County Harbor District, the
South San Francisco Park Recreation and Parkway District and the City of South
San Francisco for underground facilities is hereby approved, and a copy of said
Grant of Easement is attached hereto as Exhibit "1."
2. The Ex Officio Chairman of the South San Francisco Park Recreation and
Parkway District is hereby authorized to execute said Grant of Easement on behalf
of the District and the City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the South San Francisco Park Recreation and Parkway District at a
special meeting meld on the 25th day of September , 1985,
by the following vote:
AYES: Commissioners Mark N. Addiego, Richard A. Haffey and
Gus Ni colopulos
NOES: None

SAN MATEO COUNTY HARBOR DISTRICT, a public body of the State of California,

CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, a municipal corporation, a public body
of the State of California,
first .party, hereby grants to PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY, a Califomia
corporation,
second party, the right from time to time to construct, install, inspect, maintain, replace,
remove, and use facilities of the type hereinafter specified, together with a right of way
therefor, within a strip or parcel of land or along a route as hereinafter set_fq.rth, an~l also
ingress thereto and egress therefro, m, over and across the lands situate in the ~zcyoz South
San Francisco County of San Mateo , State of California, c~escribed
as follows:

A strip of land of the uniform width of 5 feet, extending
northeasterly and northwesterly from a line which has
a bearing of South 49 07'40" East and passes :hrough
the northeasterly terminus of the course in the north-
westerly boundary line of Parcel B, as said parcel is
shown upon the Parcel Map filed for record in Book 55
of Parcel Maps at pages 61 to 64, inclusive, San Mateo
County Records, which said course, accordingnto said
map is shown as having a bearing of north 40-52'20" east
and a length of 239.36 feet, and lying 2.5 feet on each
side of a line which begins at ~ point in said line
which has a bearing of south 49v07'40" east which passes
through said northeasterly terminus of said northwesterly
boundary line of Parcel B, from which said northeasterly
terminus bears North 49o07'40" west 2.50 feet distant,
and runs thence
(1) North 40°52~ East 72.2 feet; thence
(2) North 51°27~ East 19.0 feet; thence
(3) North 43033 West 27.0 feet, more or less,
to a point in the southeasterly boundary line of Oyster
Point Boulevard.
A strip of land of the uniform width of 5 feet, extending
southwesterly, southerly, and southeasterly from said
line which has a bearing of south 49 07' 40" East which
passes through said northeasterly terminus of said
course in said northwesterly boundary line of Parcel B,
and lying 2.5 feet on each side of a line which begins
at a point in said line from which said northeasterly
terminus in sa~d northwesterly boundary line of Parcel B
bears North 49v07'40'' West 2.50 feet distant, and runs
thence
(1) Southwesterly, parallel with and distant 2.50 feet
southeasterly from (measured at a right angle tO)oSaid
northwesterly boundary line of Parcel B, south 40 52'20"
West 239.36 feet; thence
(2) Southwesterly, southerly, and southeasterly on a
curve to the left, parallel with and distant 2.50 feet -
southeasterly, easterly, and northeasterly from (measured
radially to) the curved general westerly boundary line
of said Parcel B wi~h a radius of 22.5 feet, through a
central angle of 91 10'10" and tangent at the north-
easterly terminus thereof, an arc distance of 35.80
feet to a point herein for convenience called Point "A"
thence
(3) Southeasterly, parallel with and distant 2.50
feet northeasterly from (measured at a right angle to)
th~ southwesterly boundary line of said Parcel B, south
50v17'50" east 165.29 feet; thence
(4) Southeasterly, on a curve to the right, parallel
with and distant 2.50 feet northeasterly from (measured
radially to) the curved southwesterly boundary line of
said Parcel B and the southeasterly prolongation there-
of, with a radius of 411.79 feet and an arc distance
of 130.0 feet, more or less, to a point in the south-
easterly boundary line of said Parcel B; which said
southeasterly boundary line, accordin~ to said map is
shown as having a bearing of south 55 39'25" West and
a length of 82.61 feet.
A strip of land of the uniform width of 5 feet, extending
northwesterly from said curved general westerly boundary
line of Parcel B, and lying 2.50 feet on each side of
a line w~ich begins at said Point "A", and runs thence
North 50 17'50" West 25.0 feet, more or less, to a
point in the curved southeasterly boundary line of said
Oyster Point Boulevard.
Said facilities shall consist of:
Such underground conduits, pipes, manholes, service boxes, wires, cables,
and electrical conductors; aboveground marker posts, risers, and service
pedestals; underground and aboveground switches, fuses, terminals,
and transformers with associated concrete pads; and fixtures and
appurtenances necessary to any and all thereof, as second party deems
necessary, and one or more underground pipes with suitable service
pipes and connections for the conveyance of gas located within the
hereinabove described strips of land 4esignated 1, 2 and 3.
First party also grants to second party the right of ingress to and
egress from said strips over and across the adjacent lands of first
party by means of roads and lanes, if such there be, otherwise by
such route or routes as shall occasion the least practicable damage
and inconvenience to first party.
