Whereas~ this Board has made an award of contract to Eaton & Smith for the
installation, construction and completion of a sewer system in the North Factory Bection
of the City of South San Francisco, and whereas said, Eaton & Smith 'has executed in
duplicate contracts for the doing of said work, and has furnished the necessary bonds
as required by law:
Now therefore be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of the City ~f, South
San Francisco that the President of the Board of Trustees of said City on behalf of
said .City do execute the said contracts, and approve the bonds, should same be sufficient.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly passed
this 2nd day of September, 192~, by the following vote:-
Ayes, Trustees: C.Blank,A.J.Eschelbach; H.i~{cCai'frey; H.F.McNellis.
Noes, Trustees: None.
