Whereas it is the desire of the Board of TrusZees of the City of South San Francisco that a
drainage district be formed in the County of San ~iateo so that the lands in the southv~eszern por-
tion of the City of South San "rancisco, commonly known as the "Willows" be properly and adequate-
ly drained, and whereas we believe that we should take the initiative in the formation of same by
presenting to the Board of Supervisors of the County of San ~iateo a petition for that purpose and
in pursuance to the "Drainage Act of 1919".
Now be it resolved that we~ approve of the following described district as being the district
emb~acinE the lands in the proposed drainage, and be it further resolved that the ~resident on
behalf of the City of South San Francisco sign the said petition to be presented to the Board of
Supervisors as fa~voring same:
