CONSENT CALENDAR
5. Resolution No. 2-2013 of the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency
of the City of South San Francisco approving a Loan Agreement in the amount
of $8,652 with the City of South San Francisco to allow the Successor Agency to
make payments for two non-housing recognized obligation payment expenses
shown on ROPE I but incurred during ROPE II.
Motion- Mayor Pro Tem. Matsumoto/Second- Boardmember Garbarino - to approve Consent Calendar
Item No. 5. Unanimously approved by voice vote.
ADMINISTRATIVE BUSINESS
6. Resolution No. 3-2013 adopting a draft recognized obligation payment schedule
(ROPS) and administrative budget for the period July 1- December 31, 2013,
pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 34177(1 ).
Director of Finance Steele presented the staff report recommending approval of the ROPS and
administrative budget for the period July 1- December 31, 2013.
Motion- Boardmember Addiego/Second- Boardmember Garbarino - to approve Resolution No. 3-
2013. Unanimously approved by voice vote.
Being no further business, Chairman Gonzalez adjourned the meeting at 9:00 pm.
