Spruce Avenue Design Review for a 26-square-foot addition to construct ADA compliant restrooms at an existing fast food restaurant, located at 201 South Spruce Avenue, in the Business Commercial (BC) Zoning District, in accordance with SSFMC Chapters 20.110 and 20.480. Recommend approval as submitted. 2.
