February 13, 2013.
2. Motion confirming payment registers for Redevelopment Obligation Retirement Fund
Payments for February 27, 2013.
3. Resolution 4-2013 of the Successor Agency approving the acquisition of real property
identified as San Mateo County Assessor's Parcel Number 093-331-050 and 093 -331-
060.
4. Resolution 5-2013 of the Successor Agency requesting Oversight Board approval of a
Grant of a Public Utility Easement to Pacific Gas & Electric Company.
Motion— Boardmember Garbarino/Second-Vice Chair-woman Matsumoto: to approve
Consent Calendar Items 1-4. Unanimously approved by voice vote.
