A R.~MOLUTION CANCELLING ALL ASSESSMENTS MADE FOR THE IMPROV22~ENT
WORK PERFORMED UNDER RESOLUTION OF INTEMTION NO. 1233, ADOPTED
JULY 8, 1947.
WHEREAS all assessments made in the assessment issued for the public improvement work
mentioned in Resolution of Intention No. 1233 entitled: "A~RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF .SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DECLARING ITS INT2NTION TO INPROVE THE STREETS IN THE SUBDIVISION OF
SAID CITY OF SOUTH SAN FR.CNCISCO KNOWN AS RANCHO BURI-BURI, MAP NO. 2", adopted July 8, 1947, have
been paid in full, and no bonds have been issued to represent any assessment or assessments in said
assessment.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that all said assess-
ments for said work be, snd the same hereby are cancelled. The city clerk is hereby directed to
enter cancellation of said assessments in the records kept by him with reference to said assessments
and the superintendent of streets is hereby directed to enter cancellation of said assessments in
the records kept by him with reference to said assessments.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 19th day of June, 1950, by the following
vote:
Ayes, Councilmen Victor Boido, Charles K. Elder, Adolph Sani, Joseph Bracco, Emilio Cortesi.
Noes, Councilmen, None.
Absent, Councilmen, None.
