RESOLUTION NO. 1961
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEED FROM THE
STONESON DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION TO THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that said city hereby accepts that certain deed, dated November 19, 1953,
wherein: THE STONESON DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION grants and conveys to said City
of South San Francisco, a parcel of land for park and playground purposes,
which parcel of land is situate in the City of South San Francisco, County
of San Marco, State of California, and descrubed as follows:
Lots 35 and 36 in Block 36, ~s designated on
the map entitled "WINSTON MANOR NO. 5 SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO SAN MATEO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA",
which map was filed in the office of the Re-
corder of the County of San Mateo, State of
California, on October l, 1953 in Book 37' of
Maps at page 35.
SUBJECT TO: Covenants, conditions and restric-
tions, as contained in the'Declaration executed
by The Stoneson Development Corporation, a corpora-
tion, dated October 5, 1953 and recorded October 8,
1953 in Book 2483 of Official Records of San Matee
County at page 6.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed and a certified
copy of this resolution to be recorded in the office of the'County Recorder of
the County of San Mateo, California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this
21 day of December,' 1953, by the following vote-
Ayes, Councilmen John Noonan, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi, Joseph Bracco,
Telford Smith.
Noes, Councilmen None.
Absent, Councilmen None.
