A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
CONFIRMING ASSESSMENTS FOR IMPROVEMENT WORK PERFORMED UNDER RESOLU~N
OF INTENTION NO. 1987, AS AMENDED, ADOPTED ON THE 15TH DAY OF MARCH, 1954
WHEREAS no person has, in writing, complained to, or appealed to, the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco with reference to the assessment made by the Director of Public
Works upon the property declared to be benefited by the public improvement work mentioned in
Resolution of Intention No. 1987, as amended, adopted on the 15th day of March, 1954, and any
and all oral protests being hereby overruled,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that said assessment be, and the same hereby is, confirmed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by said City Council that this resolution be entered nunc
pro tunc as of the 17th day of May, 1954.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introducedand adopted by
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, at at reg~larmeting held this 18th day of
April, 1955, by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi, Francis Lucchio, Richard Gamlen, and Telford Smith.
NOES, " None
ABSENT: " Noae
