A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED FROM ROSE GIANNINI TO THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San FranciSco that said City
shall, and hereby does, accept that certain G~nt Deed, dated the 26th day of May, 1955, where
ROSE GIANNINI grants and conveys to the City of South San Francisco certain real property
therein described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed to cause said
Grant Deed, together with a certified copy of this resolution, to be recorded in the office
of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
theCity Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 6th day
of September, 1955, by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Andrew Rocca, Francis Lucchio, Emilio Cortesi, Telford Smith
NOES, ' None
ABSENT, " Richard Gamlen
