A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING AN /ND~ CONVEYING
AN EASE: FROM ALVIS M. HGPPIS AND LORENE S. HOPPIS
TO THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED ~the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City shall,
and hereby does, accept that certain Indenture, dated the 3rd day of November 1956, whereby ALVIS M. HOPPIS
and LORENE HOPPIS grant and convey to said City of South San Francisco an easement interest in across and
through certain real property therein described.
BE IT FURTEERRESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed to cause said
Indenture, together with a certified copy of this resolution, to be recorded iu the office of the County
Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 5th day of
November~ 1956, by the followiug vote:
