1. Call to Order.
Time: 10:41 p.m.
2. Roll Call. Present: Boardmembers Addiego, Garbarino and
Gupta, Vice Chair Matsumoto and Chair
Gonzalez
3. Agenda Review.
City Manager Nagel reminded the Board that items 7,8, 10 and 11 had been discussed
previously in the evening during the Council meeting.
City Attorney Mattas noted for the purpose of recording the minutes, Consent Calendar items 9
and 10 would be switched to satisfy procedural requirements of the Department of Finance
( "DOF ").
None.
4. Public Comments — comments are limited to items on the Special Meeting
Agenda.
CONSENT CALENDAR
S. Motion confirming payment registers for Redevelopment Obligation Retirement
Fund Payments for September 11, 2013.
6. Resolutions approving Amendments to the Lease Agreements with Sitike
Counseling Center and the County of San Mateo for the Facility at 306 Spruce
Avenue.
7. Resolution approving a Loan Agreement in the amount of $8546.00 with the
City of South San Francisco to allow the Successor Agency to make a payment
for a Non - housing Recognized Obligation.
8. Resolution approving a Loan Agreement in the amount of $445,848.00 with the
City of South San. Francisco to allow the Successor Agency to make a payment
for a Non - housing Recognized Obligation.
9. Resolution adopting a Draft Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule for the
period January through rune 2014.
10. Resolutions approving amendments to San Mateo County Harbor District's
Capital Improvement Plan and Management Plan Pursuant to the Agreement
between the City of South San Francisco, the Successor Agency and the San
Mateo County Harbor District.
11. Update to the Successor Agency on a recommendation to the City Council to
join the California Employers' Retiree Benefit Trust Program (CERBT) with
CALPERS to establish a Retiree Health Obligation Trust Fund.
Motion — Boardmember Garbarino /Second — Boardmember Addiego: to approve the consent
calendar. Unanimously approved by voice vote.
Being no further business, Chairperson Gonzalez adjourned the meeting at 10:45 p.m.
