The following resolution was introduced by Trustee Cunningham, Resolved by the Board of Trustees
of the City of South San Francisco, that the sum of $6~86.2§. be paid to Larsen-Sampson Co. This
amount having been certified on May 1, 1920, by D. Warner an~. J. Coffey, Architects, to be due
said Larsen-Sampson Co, under the terms of their contract, w~d~ the City of South San Francisco, f~'
the Construction of the City Hall.

of the City of South San Francisco, that the following funds, be and the same hereby are established:
Fire Alarm System Fund:
Factory District Sewer Fund:
In said Fire Alarm System Fund, shall be entered the sum of $10,000.00, when received from the
sale of bonds, the same being the portion of the Minicipal Improvement Bonds of l~.lg, to be devoted
to the construction of the Fire Alarm System.
In said Factory District Sewer Fund, shall be entered the sum of $~,000.00, when received from
the-s~ale of bonds, the same being the portion of the Municipal Improvement Bonds of 1919, to be
devoted to the construction of sewers in the that portion of said City of South San Fram'~isco, ~.ying
on the easterly side of the west line of San Bruno Road.

Whereas the Board of Trustees of the City of South San Francisco did, ou the 21st day
of April, 1919, pass its resolution of intention No. BZ for the work of improving California Avenue,
Pine Avenue, Aspen Avenue, Juniper Avenue, Olive Avenue, Cypress Avenue, Armour Ave~e, Maple Avenue,
the alley in block numbered 129 and the alley in block numbered 1JO in said City of South San
Francisco, under and pursuant to the provisions of the "Improvement Act of 1911" and the amendments
thereto, and to the rewolutions, notices and other proceedi~_j~ of said Board of Trustees adopted and
t~ken, reference to s~id resolution of intention being hereby expressly made ~nd ~ description of sa~
work a~ the district in said resolution of intention ~entioned and for.further particulars; and
Whereas the contract for said work ~nd improvement was du21y ~warded and thereafter duly
completed to the satisfaction of the ~uperintendent of Streets and of this Board, whereupon a

The total or agFreate amount of said sum unpaid is the sum of Six Thousand Two Hundred
Seventy-five and 11/100 Del/ars ($6275.11).
The map hereinbefore referred to as ",~outh San Francisco B~at No. 1" is that certain map
entitled" South San Francisco, ~an Msteo Co. Cai. Plat No.!" which mao was filed in the
office of the County Recorder of the Co,sty of ,Tan !{steo, California. March l, 1992, and re-
corded in the Nap Book No.2 st page 52.
The, map hereinbefore refzerred to as "Pecks ~ubdivi~on No. 1." is that carton map en-
titled "Map of Pecks Subdivision, South San Francisco, San Msteo Co,~ which map was filed in the
office of the County Recorder of the Celerity of Sam Mateo, California, on the 24th day of June,
