Roll Call.
Roll call found the following Trustees present, to-wit:

The m~ntes of the previous meeting were read and upon ~otion of Trustee Cunni~ha~ seconded
by Trustee Hardy and re~lsrly carried were approved as read.

$~00.00 in favor of the Union Trust Co., to cover pa~ent by them of ~ check of ~jYb0. which
was de~,osited by the Lar~on Sampson Co., with this City on ~ccount of s grading contract for' the
City Hall, ~ ~ot returned. The matter w~s laid o~,er temporarily and the Cierk requested to
make a ~earch for the ~issin~ check.
An application was received fro~: from Trustee L.G.Hardy asking permission to
construct s g~;~ge on ~- lot S8 block ~4 to cost $~00.00 The Clerk was instructed to issue
a building permit. '
f.n ~pplication was received from Antone Bildhsuer as~ng permission to move his poolroom
license from ~7 Grand ~ve to ZI9 Gr~nd Ave. ~,~oved by Trustee Cunningham secomded by Trustee
Scsm]:.ini that the request be denied. ~[otion carried.
A communication was received from The g~newet! Fire Alarm Telegraph Co.,acknowledging.the
receipt of their ~I000 certified check which was de]~osited with the city aceo~

of the city of South San Francisco did, on the I?th d~y of May I920,direct the City ~herk of said
city to publish a notice,in the manner ~nd form required by law,inviting sealed proposals or bi~s
to be filed with said city ~lerk up to the hour of 8 o' clock,p.m.on ~{onday the 7th., day of June,
I920,for the purchase of Bonds issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments for doing the imp
ment work upon portions of California,Aw®?A~m,m~-A$®w Ayes,Pine Ave., Aspen We., Juniper Ave.,
Olive Ave., Cypress Ave.,Armour Ave., Maple ~ve.,, the alley in block numbered I29,and the alley in
block numbered I30,in said City of South £en Francisco,fully described in resolution of intention
~Z3,passed on the ~Ist day of April, I920,to which reference is hereby made; and
Shereassaid notice has been duly published in all respects as required by law: and
Whereas no proposals or bids for said Bondshave been received,and the time fixed in said n
