Regular meetimg of the Board of Trustees of the City of Seuth Sam Francisco, hel~
i,~onday, Jume 6th, 1921, at the City Hall.
Ia the absemse of Presidemt Holstom Trustee F.A.Cunningham presided at the meeting,
and called the Board to order at eight o'clock, p.m.
Roll Call.
Roll c~l! foun~ the following members present, to-wit;-
A.J.Eschelbach,L.G.Hardy Jr.F.A.Cunnimgham.
Absent, Trustees, H.Scampini, G.W.Holston.
The minutes of the Previous meeting were read and upon motion of Trustee Hardy,
secomded by Trustees Eschelbach and regularly carried were approved.
A communication was received from the School Trustees of the~South Sam Framcisce School
District, thanking the Board of Trustees of the City for the $400 donation towards the erection of
the High School Fence and Grand Sta~d. Communication accepted and filed.
A petition was received from V.B.Nicoletti, 22~0 Bryant St., San Francisco , asking
for a soft drink and pool room license for the store 228 G~a~d ave, The application was laid over
and referred to the City Marshal.
A.C.Kleemeyer, superintendent of the manual training department of the local schools,
on behalf oflthe boys of his class presented the C~ty officials with five hat and coat racks. The
City Clerk was instructed to write a letter to Mr. Kleemeyer snd the Boys thanking them for the
useful presents.
The reports of the City Treasurer, 0ity Recorder. City Fire Chief, City Ma. rshal,City
Health Officer and City Clerk were next read. The City Recorder showed collections of $2B for the
month of May. The city clerk's report ~or the month of May showed the following balances;-
General fund,&9917.34, Library fund,S1900.54, Simking~fumd for sewers,$~281.25 '
~actor$ district Sewer fund $5790.39, "1919" bo~ds.$9549.57,Street Bonds Set "A",$234.68,Ser."B"

balance in, all funds,$32060.42.Upon motion of Trustee Eschelbach seconded by Trustee Hard~ ~and

WITHIN THE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN.FRANCISCO AND PROVIDING FOR T~ IMPOUNDING AND SALE OF
ANIMALS FOUND RUNNING AT LARGE IN SAID CITY~ PASSED AND ADOPTED BY T~LE BOARD OF TRGSTEES OF THE CITY
OF SOGTH SAN FP~NCISC0 ON THE 4th DAY OF JANUarY,1909, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE N0.95 OF TEE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ENTiTLED "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION NO. 19 of ordinance no.12 OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH S~ FRANCISCO ENTITLED'AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE RUNNING AT LARGE OF ANIMALS WITHIN

May, 1921,had its second readimg and was adopted as an ordinance of the City of SoUth San Francisco,
by the followimg vote;-

Noes, TrusteeS, none.
Absent, Trustees, H. Scampini, G.W.Holston.
Attest, Daniel McSweeney, City Clerk.

The bills having been approved by the finance committee Trustee Eschelbach moved
they be paid. The motion was seconded by Trustee Hardy and~regularly carried.
There being no further business before the Board Trustee Hardy moved adjournment
until Monday, June 20th, 1921, at eight o'clock p.m. The motion was seconded by Trustee Eschelhach
and regularly carried.
