REGULARLY ADJOURNED iLEETING OF THE BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO ,HELD FRIDAY,
DEC EMBF~ ?th,192S.
A regularly adjourned meeting of the Board of Trustees of the City of South San Francisco
was held in the City Hall Friday evening, December ?th,192~.
In the absence~of the President of the Board, G.W.Holston, Trustee Scampini moved that
Trustee F.A.Cunningham act as ~resident Pro Tem. The motion was seconded by Trustee Pitt and
regularly carried.
Trustee C~mningham, acting as President P~o Tem called the meeting to order at ? o'clock
p.m.
ROLL CALL.
Roll call found the following trustees present,to-wit;-
TrRstees P.A.Cunningham, J.W.Pitt and H.Sc~mpini.
Absent, Trustees, A.J.Eschelbach and G.W.Holston. and regularly carried
On motion by Trustee Scampini seconded by Trustee Pitt'the reading of the minutes of the
previous meeting was dispensed with.
There being no business transacted Trustee Pitt moved to adjourn until Monday December
lOth,1923. The motion was seconded by Trustee Scampini and regularly carried.
at 7;30 o'clock p.m.
