No changes.
5. Closed Session:
Conference with Real Property Negotiators.
(Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8)
Property: 220 Linden Avenue (Metropolitan Hotel)
Agency Negotiators: Alex Greenwood, Steve Mattas
Negotiating Parties: City of South San Francisco and Fred Hjelmeset
Under Negotiations: Price and terms of payment.
Time Entered Closed Session: 9:03 A.M.
Return to Open Session: 10:13 A.M.
Report out of Closed Session by City Attorney Mattas: By 4-0 Vote, Council decided to extend an
Offer and issue a Letter of Intent to Linda Sorenson with a purchase price of$50,000.
6. Adjournment.
Being no further business, Mayor Matsumoto adjourned the meeting at 10:14 A.M.
