Trustees McCaffrey and McNellis appeared for the meeting at 7;30 c'ciock p.m. ~nd on
roll call were found to be the only members present.
Owing to the lack of a quorum adjournment was taken until the next regular meeting,
Monday, ~ay 19th,1924, at 7:30 o'Clock p.m. ~
