SPECIAL ~LEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
HELD IN THE CITY HALL, NONDAY,
OCTOBER E6TH,19E§.
Pursuant to call by~ the~P~esident of the Board of Trustees of said City of South San
Francisco, and notice, a coty of which call and notice is as follows:-
NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING:- You are hereby notified that a special meeting of the
Board of Trustees of the City of South San Francisco will'be held Monday,October 26th,1925, at
1.O0 o'clock p.m. at the City Hall, South San Francisco. You are respectfully directed to attend.
A special of the Board of Trustees of the City of South San Francisco was held in the City
City Hall,Nonday, October 26th,19£5 atlo'oclock p.m. The board was called to order at I o'clock p.m
by Trustee HoF.McNellis, President of the Board.
ROLL CALL.
Roll call found the following members pre~ent, to-wit;-
Trustees, Blank,Cunningham, NcCaffrey, ~cNellis.
Absent, Trustee Eschelbach. Trustee Eschelbach appeared after roll call.
The reading of the minutes of the rrevious meeting was dispensed.with.President ~cNellis
stated the purpose of the meeting was to dispense ~with the services of City Earshal Belloni and office
~iller f6~!the g0~d of the service. RESOLUTION VACATING THE~OFFICE OF CITY I~RSHAL
AND EX-OFFICIO TAX COLLECTOR.O~ THE CITY OF SOUTH BAN FRANCISCO.
Trustee Bl~nk introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption;-
Resolved: by the Board of Trustees of the City of South San Francisco, that the office
of City Narshal and the office of Ex-Officio Tax Collector of the City of South San ~rancisco, be
and the same is hereby vacated. ~
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly passed this
26th day of October, 192~, by the following vote.
Ayes: Trustees: Blank, McCaffrey, McNellis
Noes: Trustees: ~.A.Cunningham
Absent: Trustees: A.J.Eachelbach

RESOLUTION APPOINTING CHARLES E. STOREK
CITY MARSHAL & EX-OFFICIO TAX COLLECTOR 0~~ THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN ~I~NC
Trustees McCaffrey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
Resolved: by the Board of Trustees of the City of South San Francisco, that Charles
E. Storek be and he is hereby appointed City Marshal and Ex-Officio Tax Co21ector of the City of
South San Francisco,
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly passed this
28th day of October, 19~5, by the following vote.

Trustee ~cCaffrey then moved the dismissal of Officer Walter ~iller. The motion
seconded by Trustee Blank and carried by the following vote:-
Ayes,Trustees, Blank,McOaffrey, HcNellis.
Noes Trustees, Cunningham and Eschelbach. Absent trustees, none
Trustee Blank next moved the appointment of Paul Purissina to take.the place of ·
Walter Miller. The~notion was seconded by Trustee ~cCaffrey and carried by the following vote.
Ayes, Trustees, Blank,McCaffrey, McNellis.
Noes, Trust~es Cunningham and Eschelbach. Absent,Trustees,none.
The business for which the meetin~ was called being concluded Trustee Blank moved
to adjourn. The motion was seconded by trustee Eschelbach and regularly carried.
