A regularly adjourned meoting of the Board of Trustees of th~ City of South San Francisco
was held in the City Hall, Tuesday, L~ril 5th,192?.
The meeting ~as called to order at 9.30 o'clock A.I~i. by trustee P.A.Cunningham, President
of the ~oard.
R01L CALL.
Roll call found the following trustees present, to-wit;-
Trustees, k.J.Eschelbach, Reese Lloyd, Roderick Tibbetts, F.A.Cunningham,
ABsent, Trustee E.Einu¢ciani.
On motion by trustee Lloyd, seconded by Trustee Eschelbach the reading of the minutes
of the previous meeting was dispensed ~¥ith.
P~SOLUTION ORDERING PURCHASE 0P A
DODGE TOURING CAR.
Trustee Lloyd introduced a resolution ordering the purchase of a Dodge Touring~Car for
· the use of the City of South San Francisco, calling for bids on April 25th,19£?, and the purchase
of the present Doge Touring Car as part payment on the new.
The resolution was adopted by the vote of a.!l the members of the board ]resent, to-tit;-
Lyes, Trustees~, ESchelbamh, Lloyd, Tibbetts, Cunningham.
Noes, Trustees ,none.
Absent, Trustees, l!inu¢ciani.

Trustee Lloyd reIoorteda bad hole across the railroad track opposite the Steel Viorks at
~'~ ift Avenue. Referred to the street cor~nittee.
Trustee Eschelbach reported in the matter of the &pplication of the American Di~'trict
Telegraph Company for permission to connect their fire alarm system at the ';,estern ldeat Company's
plant with the city fire alarm system, that a thorough investigation would be made before granting
a permit.
The following claims against the city were next ?resented for payment:-
Julia E.& ~.E.Bannerman, refund of street ~sse~sment ,t~8.07
Rod Tibbetts " " " ~ 6.11
Total ~34.18
On motion by trustee Lschelbach seconded by trustee Lloyd the claims ~ere ordered paid,
There being no further business before tho board Trustee Lloyd moved to adjourn.
She motion was seconded by Trustee Tibbetts and regularly carried.
