The regular meeting of the City C,o~cil of the City of South San Francisco was held in the City Hall monday evening, February 6th,1928. The ~eeting was called to order at 7;50 o'clock p.m. by Councilman A.J.Eschelbach, L[ayor of South San Franciscd. ROLL CALL. Roll call found all members of the council ]:~resent, to-wit;- Councilmen,~.Hyndmno,R.Lloyd, M.ldinucciani, .Y,.![ibbetts, A.J.~.~'che!bach. The minutes of 'the present meeting were read. There being no errors or omis~ions, Council- man Lloyd moved they be adopted as read. The motion was ~econdod by Co~-~cilman Minucciani ~d regularly carried. A communication was received from the ~r. eweli Comtmny advising the co~mcil to reject all bids on fire alarm apparatus and re-advertise with different specifications, stating the present specifications are not open enough.. Communication ordered filed for future reference. Request was made by the police department for permission to hold their Annual Dance on February 25th,!928. 2ermission granted. The Derby Club made application to hold a dance in their club rooms on February 21st inst,the same to continue until ! a.m. ~e~ission granted with the proviso that proper police protection be secured. An a~plication was received from the Italian-AmericaL~ Citizen's Club askin? ~ ermission to hold a dance in Fraternal Saturday evening, ~ebruary llth,1928, from'8 ~;~m. vmtil~ one Permission granted.
