A special meeting of tLe cit[ co~'~ oil of tke City of South San ~rancisco was called
by the n~embers of the council to consider an offer of ~670 on behalf of O.~.,.~-~iserman and
?_ilary J.?urlong, Thursday, April 25tL,1932, at 9 o'clock

Roll call found all members of the council present, to-wit;-
V.Boido, R.Lloyd, M.Einucciani, R. Tibbetts,Joseph P.Quinlan.
The reading of the minutes o~' t"e ~previous n~_eeting was dis,oensed with.
After an explanation bY City Atto~ney~Col~be~ reg.arding the.~f~er~7~ the councfl deci
to accept~$~A~;':~i~Offer o~l:?heh~lf ... of O.},~.Hiserman and Hilary J. Purlong of ~570 for damages sustained by fire
Engine llo 2, of the City of South San Francisco~ and Councilman Einucoiani introduced a resoluti
to that effect. The resolution was adopt.~d by the unanimous vote of all the members of the City
