OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SA~ FRANCISCO,
HELD THURSDAY ,NOVEMBER
10TH,19S2.
A regularly adjourned meeting of the city council of the City of South San Fraucisco
was held in the ci~y hall ,Thursday evening, November 10th,19~2.
Thins meeting was called to order at 7;30 o'clock p.m, by Mayor Joseph P.Qutnlan.
ROLL CALL.
Rol~ call found the following members of the city council present, to-Wit;-
Councilmen,¥. Boido, R.LLoyd, M.Minucciani,Joseph P.Quinlan.
Absent, C ounc ilman, R. Tibbet ts.
The reading of the minutes ~f the pr'evious meeting was dispensed with.
Councilman ~inucciani introduced a resolution of the City of South San Francisco
resolving that the South San Francisco Volunteer Fire Cempa~a~d each individual member
thereof be,and they hereby are dismissed from the South San Francisco Fire Department.
The resolution was adopted by the vote of all the members present, to-wit;-
Ayes, Councilmen,V.Boido ,R.Lloyd, M.Minucctant, Joseph P.Quinlan.

Fire Chief ~elte then submitted a list cT names he recommended to the Board of · ..:,
~i~e Commissioners, ~'~inucciani Chairman, for a~pointment in the Call Forces in the
Fire Department. On motion regularly carried t~e~fellowing appointments, and the salaries
of the various members were n~ade;- Officers;-

Police Chief Louis Belloni filed his monthly report for the month ending

i. The claims having been audited by the finance committee ,councilman I~.~inucciani
moved they be paid. The motion was seconded by coun~;ilman Boido and regularly carried.
Chief of Police Louis Bellont stated the traffic motor cycle was becommtng worn
out and requested the city to purchase a new one. He was authorized to negotiate for a ne w
Harley-Davidson machine.
There being no further business ceuncilman ~.:inucciani moved to adjourn until t~.e
next r~egular meeting, ~onday evening, ~ovember £1st,19~2 at 7;~0 o'clock P:.M . 'A'he motion
was seconded by councilman ~oido and regularly carried.
