A call for a special meeting of the city council of .the City of South San Fran- cisco of which the following is a o0py: The ~aersigne~l, members of the City Council of the City of South San Pranoisoo, hereby call a special meeting of said 0ity Council to be held in the Council Chamber in the City Hall of said City on Saturday, February 16th, 1935, at the hour of 11.18 o'clock a. m, for the purpose of acting upon a resolution to cause a building permit to be issued far the construction of all buildings necessary for a plant for mnufaoturing certain commercial products from garbage; and we hereby waive notice of said special meeting az~l consent to the transaction thereat of any and all business that may re- gularly come before said meeting. Tibbetts M, MinuOo iani llenbers' of the Oi~y council: of the City of South San Pranoisoo The City Council held a special meeting tn:the council chambers in the 0it2 Hall Saturday morning, Pebrumry 16th, 1935, at II:lB o'clock a. m. There were present the following: Councilma_~ V. Boi.do, Reese Lloyd, M. Minucciani and R. Tibbetts Absent, Councilmen None ~e reading of the minutes of the previous meeting was dispensed with. The resignation of Councilman Joseph 1~. Quinlan was rea~ and placed on file. Mr. E. Baron appeared before the council regarding the construction of a garbage reduction plant for the purpose of reclaiming recoverable matter which plant would cost approximately $2,000,000. and employ five to six hundred people. Councilman Minmmoiani introduced a resolution .e~f~. the~0ity Coufloil ap}roving said plant and signifying its willingness to. cause a building permit to.be issued for the construction of all buildings necessary for such plant when aPPlication shall have been made for same. The resolution w~s adopte~ by the unanimous vote of all the members of the city council, tO-wit: Ayes, ¢ouncilme~ B. Boido, Reese Lloyd, R. Tibbetts, M.
