In order that you may know our method of conducting Agency business,we proceed as follows: The regular meeting of the Successor Agency is held on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the Municipal Services Building, Council Chambers, 33 Arroyo Drive, South San Francisco, California. Public Comment: For those wishing to address the Board on any Agenda or non-Agendized item, please complete a speaker card located at the entrance to the Council Chambers and submit it to the Clerk. Please be sure to indicate the Agenda Item # you wish to address or the topic of your public comment. California law prevents the Successor Agency from taking action on any item not on the Agenda(except in emergency circumstances). Your question or problem may be referred to staff for investigation and/or action where appropriate or the matter may be placed on a future Agenda for more comprehensive action or a report. CONSENT CALENDAR. CONSENT CALENDAR 1. Motion to approve the Successor Agency Minutes for the meetings of May 21, 2014. and October 22, 2014. 2. Motion confirming payment registers for Redevelopment Obligation Retirement Fund Payments for November 12, 2014. Boardmember Addiego requested that the Minutes of the May 21, 2014. meeting include a more robust summary of negotiations that tool:place during the meeting. Motion—Boardmember Gupta/Second—Boardmember Normandy: to approve consent calendar subject to revisions to minutes of the May21, 2014 meeting. Unanimously approved by voice vote. CALL TO ORDER TIME: 11:27 P.M. ROLL CALL PRESENT: Boardmembers Matsumoto, Gupta and Normandy, Vice Chairman Addiego and Chair Garbarino, AGENDA REVIEW No changes. PUBLIC COMMENTS None, CONSENT CALENDAR 1. Motion authorizing the Executive Director to enter into a Revenue Sharing Agreement for Commercial Space at 636 El Camino Real with the City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, South San Francisco Unified School District, San Mateo County Community College District, San Mateo County Flood Control District, Colma Creek Flood Control Zone, Willow Gardens Parks and Parkways Maintenance District, San Mateo County Resource Conservation District, Bay Area Air Quality Management District, and San Mateo County Harbor District. (Armando Sanchez, Housing Consultant). Council accepted the Staff Report submitted to the City Council on the Regular Meeting Agenda as Item #7 in preparation for its vote on this item, Motion— Boardmember Gupta/Second—Vice Chair Addiego: to authorize the Executive Director to enter into a Revenue Sharing Agreement for Commercial Space at 636 El Camino Real with the City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, South San Francisco Unified School District, San Mateo County Community College District, San Mateo County Flood Control District, Colma Creek Flood Control Zone, Willow Gardens Parks and Parkways Maintenance District, San Mateo County Resource Conservation District, Bay Area Air Quality Management District, and San Mateo County Harbor District.. Unanimously approved by roll call vote. 2. Resolution No. 1-2015 approving an extension to an approved License Agreement allowing PG&E to temporarily use a vacant property on Antoinette Lane for a contractor office, staging area and employee parking from January 1, 2015 to June 30, 2015. (Mike Lappen, Economic Development Coordinator), Director of Economic and Com-munity Development Greenwood presented the staff report noting that PG&E might not utilize the entirety of the square footage being requested. Boardmernbers clarified with Mr. Hart of PG&E that the area at issue was the former driving range site. The Boardmembers further pointed out that a map depicting this location submitted along with the staff report should be corrected. Motion—Boardmernber Gupta/Second—Vice Chair Addiego: to approve Resolution No. 1- 2015. Unanimously approved by roll call vote.
