~EGULARLY ADJOURNED MEETING OF THE CITY 'COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,
HELD TUESDAY, DECEMBER
8, 1936.
A regularly adjourned meeting of the City Council of the City of South ~an Francisco
was held in the city hall Tuesday evening, December $th, 1936.
This meeting was called to order at 8 o'clock p,m. b~ Mayor D.W.Ratto.
ROLL CALL.
Roll Call found all members of the council present, as follows;-
Councilmen, V.Boido, A.J.Eschelbach, J.F.Mager,M.Minacciani , D.W.Ratto~
The reading of the minu~es of the previous meeting was dispensed with.
ORDINANCE NO.
Councilman Minucciaui introduced an ordinance of the City of South San Fraucisco
prohibiting certain officers and employees of the city of South .San Francisco from
reco~aending persons for employment at any ra~i~g track in said city, and from working
at any such track and fro~.~_ceiw~pay o~ bonus from the owner Or operator of such
race track and requiring such owner or opera~f such. track to pay ~.~, ~:~/ its own special
police and providing a penalty for the violation o~t.his ordin_a_~ce. The ordinance had its
first reading and was laid over to come up under the reguler order of business at the
next regular meeting of the city council.
There being no further business Councilman Minucciani moved to adjourn. The motion ~.~
was seconded by Councilman Boido and regularly carried.
