1. Motion to approve the Successor Agency Minutes for the meetings of May 21, 2014
and October 22, 2014.
2. Motion confirming payment registers for Redevelopment Obligation Retirement Fund
Payments for November 12, 2014.
Boardmember Addiego requested that the Minutes of the May 21, 2014 meeting include a more
robust summary of negotiations that took place during the meeting.
Motion—Boardmember Gupta/Second—Boardmember Normandy: to approve consent calendar
subject to revisions to minutes of the May21, 2014 meeting. Unanimously approved by voice
vote.
