Pursuant to call and waiver of notice of a special meeting of the city council of the City of South San Francisco, ~of which the followi~ is a copy: CALL AND WAIVER 6F NOTICE OF sPECIAL MEETING ~0F CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO. The undersigned~ members of the city council of the City of South San Francisco hereby call a special meeting of said city council to be held in the council chambers in the City Hall on Thursday, December 28, 1939~ at the hour of 7:15 o'clock p. m. for the ~purpose of acting upon a resolution to order the comtruction of a sewer in the portion of Hillside Boulevard commencing at the manhole in Linden Avenue, at the intersection thereof with Hillside Boulevard, and extending twenty-seven hundred and twelve (2712) feet westerly along said Hillside 'Boulevard, together with a resolution to adplot plans and specifications for the construction of such sewer westerly along said Hillside Boulevard, and to act upon a resolution of intention to close the portlo. of Olive Avenue in said City of South San Francisco, described as follows: BEGINNING at a point which is distant north 69° 56' 44" west 717.47 feet and south 9o 35' west 25.42 feet from a railroad spike in a rock designated as point "Li" on a map of a survey for P. E. Iller, filed for record in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, California, in Book "E" of Maps at page 79; run- ning thence south 9° 35' west 642.94 feet; thence south 81° 28' west 247.46 feet to a point on the northerly boundary line of Hillside Bouievard; thence along an arc of a 435.0 foot radius circle, the same being the northerly line of Hillside Boulevard a distance, measured along the arc, of 58.71 feet, the long chord of said arc being 58.65' long and bearing north 40° 4' 30" west; thence north 81° 28' east 253.03 feet; thence north 9° 35' east 669.94 feet; thence north 69° 56' 44" west 50.84 feet to the point of beginning; and also for the transaction of such other business as may be incident thereto; and we hereby waive notice of said meeting and consent to the transaction of any and all business which m~ay .~egularly come before said city council at said time. Councilman Boido introdUced a resolution of the city council of the City of South San Francisco authorizing the vacation of a portion of Olive Avenue. The resolution was adopted by the votes of all members of the city council, as follows: Ayes, Councilmen V. Boido, Rod Tibbetts, D. W. Ratto, M. Minucciani, A. J. RESOLUT I0N #V43 ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS Councilman Minucciani introduced a resolution of the city council of the City of South San Francisco adopting plans and specifications for the construction of a sewer in Hillside Boulevard.
