CALL AND WAIVER OF NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO.
The undersigned m~nbers of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
hereby call a special meeting of said city council to be held at the hour of 5:05
o'clock p. m., in the City Hall of said city, for the purpose of considering and
acting upon a request for permission to do blasting in said city; and we hereby
waive notice of said meeting and consent to the transaction thereat of all such
business as may regularly come before said meeting.

March 28, 1950
Council Chambers, City Hall.
5:05 p. m.
Councilman Elder moved, seconded by Councilman Boido, that Councilman Sani act
as Mayor in the absence of Mayor Ferko. This motion was regularly carried.
The meetin~ was called to order at 5:05 p. m. by acting Mayor Sani.
Present: Councilmen Boido, Elder, Sani.
Absent: Councilmen Ferko and Cortesi.
Webber~McCann desired to do some blasting in the Sterling Terrace area. Coun-
cilman Elder moved, seconded by Councilman Boido, that blasting permit be issued
to Webber & McCann provided the necessary insurance policy was submitted in the
amounts of $50,000.00 liability, and $25,000.00 property damage. This motion
was regularly carried.
On motion of Councilman Elder, seconded by Councilman Boido and regularly carried,
the meeting was adjourned to April 3, 1950 at 8 p. m.
