TALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 4:30 p. m. by Mayor Sani.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Councilmen Victor Boido, Charles K. Elder, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi.
Absent: Councilman Joseph Bracco.
Mr. Bracco appeared after roll call.
MINUTES:
The reading of the minutes of the previous meetin~ was dispensed with.
SPUR TRACK FOR The communication from the Southern Pacific Company requestin~ permission to construct,
INTERNATIONAL maintain, and operate a spur trsck across Linden Avenue to serve the International. Paint
PAINT CO. Company, was read. Motion was duly made, seconded, and re~gularly carried that permission
be ~ranted to construct this spur track.
On motion of Councilman Elder, seconded by Councilman Bracco, and regularly carried, the
me%ting was adjourned to Monday, November 6th at 8 p. m.
