The meeting was called to order st ~:~0 p. m. by Mayor Sani. Pres ent: Ab sent: Councilmen Victor Boido, Charles K. El~er, Adolph Sani, Joseph Bracco, Emilio Cortesi None. City Clerk having forwarded copy of the minutes of the previous meetin~ to all councilmen, Mayor Sani asked if there were any errors or omissions· T~ere be- ing none, the minutes were approved as submitted. The followin~ documents were received and filed: Resolution No. 92 of the CityCouncil of the City of Colma, consentin~ to the construction by the City~ of South oa~ n Francisco of a sewer in said City of Colma. Resolution No. 5152 of the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, consentin~ to the constr~ctio~ of a sewer by the City of South San Francisco. Recommendation for the constr~ction of s sanitary sewer by the City of South San Francisco from the Director of ?ublic Health snd ".;e]fare, }!. D. Chope, M.D. Councilman Bracco ~ntroduced a resolution of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco determinin~ t?le necessity of the const~ction of a sanitary sewer between Chestnut ~,venue and E1 Camino Real. This resolution was adopted by the unanimous vote of ali menbers of ~he city council. 492 RESOLUTION NO. 1594 Councilman Cortesi introduced a resolution declaring? the city's intention t'o INTUITION TO CONSTRUCT construct a sanitary sewer between Chestnut Ivenue and E1 Camino Real. This MISSION ROAD OUTFALL S~I'?~: resolution was adopted by t?~e unanimous vote of ~]1 members of the city council. PROPERTY ANNF~(ATION: Mr. Oddstad oP the Sterling Buildin~ Corporation presented petition .for the annexation of uninhabited territory. Mr. Oddstad was sworn in and testified that the petitioners owned more than one-fourth of the property mentioned in the annexation petition. City Attorney Coleberd would prepare the necessary resolution. RESOLUTION NO. 1595 REI~T CONTROL: As a number of property owners in the city had presented a petition for the termination of rent control in the city, City Attorney Coleberd had prepared a resolution to cover same. Councilman Boido introduced t~is resolution, pro- viding for hearing on petition for termination of rent control in the City of South San Francisco. This resol~tion was adopted by t~e unanimous vote of all members of the city council. HOSTFSS MEETING: A card was received ~'rom Alice Van Over, Hostess, advising that a get-to~ether would be held ['[ovember lhth at the Elm Court Recreation }!all and inviting the City Council to be present. Same was ordered filed. AD JOURNMENT: On motion of Councilman Bracco, seconded by Councilman Elder, and re~ular]y carried, the meetin~ was adjourned to November 20, 1950 at 8 p. m.
