CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
The undersigned, members of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, hereby call a
special meeting of said City Council to be held in the Council Chamber of Said City Council in the City Hall
of said City on Monday, the 26th day of March, 1951, at the hour of 4:30 o'clock p. m., for the purpose of
considering and acting upon a protest against the issuance of an alcoholic beverage license by the State Board
of Equalization to JOSEPH BERTOLUCCI and LAWRENCE R. BERTOLUCCI. We hereby waive notice of said meeting and
consent to the transaction thereat of all such business as may regularly come before said meeting.

The meeting was called to order at 5:30 o'clock p. m. by Mayor Sani.
Present: Councilmen V. Boido, C. Elder, A. Sani, J. Bracco, E. Cortesi
Absent: Councilmen, None.
RESOLUTION NO. 1642:
Councilman Elder introduced a resolution protesting against the issuance of an Off-
Sale alcoholic beverage license to Joseph Bertolucci and Lawrence R. Bertolucci.
This resolution was adopted by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen V. Boido,
C. Elder, A. Sani, J. Bracco, E. Cortesi; Noes, Councilmen, None.
INSTRUCT CITY ATTORNEY
AMEND ZONING ORD:
On motion of Councilman Boido, seconded by CouncilmanCortesi and regularly carried,
the City Attorney was instructed to draw up an ordinance amending the Zoning Ordi-
nance to require a Use Permit for on-sale and off-sale liquor establishments.
ADJOURNMENT:
On motion of Councilman Elder, seconded by Councilman Boido, and regularly carried,
the meeting was adjourned to April 5, 1951 at 8 p. m.
