Present: Councilmen Victor Boido, Charles K. Elder, Adolph Sani, Joseph Bracco, ~ilio Cortesi Absent: Councilmen, None The meeting was called to order at &:30 p. m. by Mayor Sani. Complaint was filed by Ralph E. Larsen, Ira H. Larsen, C. J. Korinek and Thelma B. Korinek, restraining the council from holding a protest meeting on the South Linden Avenue improvement. City Clerk submitted a system to cover the handling of sewer rental notices and collections, together with a quotation from Remington Rand of approximately $2200.00 covering cost of same. Motion was made by Councilman Elder, seconded by Councilman Boido and regularly carried, that the city clerk be authorized to install the neces- sary system. Mr. L. D. McLeod, Secretary of the Chamber of Commerce, requested permission for the OPS to hold a meeting in the council chambers April 10, 1951 at 7:30 p. m. Motion was made by Councilman Bracco, seconded by Councilman Cortesi and regularly carried, that permission be granted. On motion of Councilman Elder,'seconded by CounciLman Boido and regularly carried, the meeting was adjourned to April 16, 1951 at 8 p. m. Time of Adjournment - &:55 P. m.
