CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND WAIVE~ OF NOTICE
OF MEETING.
THE UNDERSIGNED, members of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco hereby call a
special meeting of said City Council to be held on Tuesday, the 17th day of July, 1951, at the hour of 4:30
o'clock p. m. in the Council Chamber at the City Hall in said City of South San Francisco, for the purpose
of considering and acting upon the bids submitted for the purchase of $500,000 principal amount of bonds of
said City designated "City of SouthSan Francisco Sewage Disposal Bonds - 1949, Series C", and for the pur-
pose of acting upon such other business as may regularly come before said meeting. We hereby waive notice
of said meeting and consent to the transactions thereat of all such business as may regularly come before
said meeting.

CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order at 4:30 p. m. by Mayor Sani.
RESOLUTION NO. 1681
BOND SALE
BANK OF AMERICA:
Councilman Elder introduced a resolution accepting the bid of Bank of America,
National Trust and Savings Association, for the sewage disposal bonds 19A9 Series C.
This resolution was adopted by the unanimous vote of all members of the council
present.
ADJOURNMENT:
Motion was made by Councilman Elder, seconded by Councilman Boido and regularly
carried, that the meeting be adjourned.
