Present: Councilmen Charles K. Elder, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi Absent: Councilmen Victor Boido, Joseph Bracco The meeting was called to order at 4:30 p. m. by Mayor Sani. The reading of the minutes of the previous meetings was dispensed with. Councilman Elder introduced a resolution accepting bid of.the Bank of America, National Trust and Savings Association, for sewage disposal bonds, 1949 Series C. This resolution was adopted by the unanimous vote of all members ~the council present. The City Attorney stated he would prepare resolutions covering condemnation proceed- ings necessary to allow the installation of the Avalon sewer, and would have same ready for Monday, July 23, 1951. A new agreement between the State Personnel Board and the City effective from July 1, 1951 to June 30, 1952, was received. Motion was made by Councilman Fdder, seconded by Councilman Cortesi and regularly carried, that the Mayor and City Clerk sign the agreement with the State Personnel Board. On motion of Councilman Elder, seconded by Councilman Corte~i and regularly carried, the meeting was adjourned to Monday, July 23, 1951 at 4:30 p. m. Time of Adjournment - 5 P. m.
