TY CL~RK: ADJOUR~ENT: ADJOURNED MEETING OF Ti~F CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO HELD MONDAY JULY 23, 1951 Council Chambers, City Hall A:30 p. m. Present: Absent: Councilmen Charles K. Elder, Adolph Sani, Joseph Bracco, Emilio Cortesi Councilman Victor Boido The meeting was called to order at 4:50 p. m. by Mayor Sani. The reading of the minutes was dispensed with. · To 'allow for the installation of the sewer in the Avalon tract area, certain real property bad, to be acquired by condemnation, therefore, the followin~ resolutions were introduced: Councilman Elder introduced a resolution instituting condemnation proceedings to acquire a right of way on the Caesar Martinelli property. This resolution was adopted by the unanimous Vote of all members of the council present. Councilman Bracco introduced a resolution instituting condemnation proceedin6s to acquire a right of way on the Allin McCahon and Rachel McCahon property. This resolution was adopted by the unanimous vote of all members of the council present. Councilman Cortesi introduced a resolution instituting condemnation proceedings to acquire a right of way on the Herman E. Hetzer property. This resolution was adopted by the unanimous vote of all members of the council pre~ent. Councilman Elder introduced a resolution instituting condemnation proceedings to acquire a right of way on the V. W. Collins and Eleanor Collins property. This resolution was adopted by the unanimous vote of all members of the council present. Councilman Bracco introduced a resolution instituting condem~ation proceedings to acquire a right of way on the Antonio M. Moreno property. This resolution was adopted by the unanimous vote of all members of the council present. Motion was made by Councilman Elder, seconded by Councilman Bracco and regularly carried, that warrants be drawn on the general fund in favor of W. H. Augustus, County Clerk, in the amounts~of.$200, $100, $100, $100, and $100 so that the city might take immediate possession of easements covered by Resolutions Nos. 1682 to 1686, inclusive. On motion of Councilman Elder, seconded by Councilman Bracco and regularly carried, the meeting was adjourned to July 27, 1951 at 4:30 p. m.
