NOTICE OF
THE U~DERSIG~D, me~bers of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco hereby call
a special meeting of said Cit~ Council to Be hel~ on Tuesday, the 25th day of M~rch, 1952, at the hour of
11:30 &. m. in the Council Chamber at the City ~ in said City of South San Francisco, to consider and
act upon the request of Louis Belloni, Chief of Police, for the ~isch~rge of Russell F. Hardy as a member
of the Police Depar~ent, and for the purpose of acting upon such other business as may regularly come
before said meeting. We hereby waive notice of said meeting and consent to the tr,_-_sactions thereat of
all such business as may regularly co~e before said meeting.

The meeting was cad.le~ to order at 11:30 a. m. by Mayor Sani.
City Clerk having for~ax~ed copy of the minutes of the previous meeting to all members of
the council, Ma~or Sani asked if there were any errors or omissions. There being none, the
minutes were appr~e~ as submitted.

DISMISSAL:
Communication was received from Chief of Police Belloni recommending the dismissal of Police
Officer Russell F. ~ effective March 31, 1952. Motion was mmle by Councilman Boido,
seconded by Councilman Bracco and regularly carried, that the recummendation of the Chief of
Police be accepted and the dismissal of Police Officer Russell F. ~ardy, effective March 31,
1952, be approved.
On motion of CouncJlw~- Bracco, seconde~ by Councilman Boi~o and regularly carried, the meet-
ing was adjourned to April 7, 1952 at 8 p. m.
