Councilm~n S~aith requested to know if ye could remove the buildings from the property to which City Attorney Lycra re~ that the City could be made to re~ove the building~ and the streets if des- ired by the ovner of the property and replacing the site in aa near an original state as it ~s presently. He further explained that this was adding to the previo~ acceptance of the Lindenville project, which had been d~ne at a prior time'. At this point, City Memager McClung read the title of the resolution.
