CONSENT TO SPECIAL ~NG
We, the undersigned, bei~ the mayor and all the councilmen of the City of South San Francisco, do hereby con-
sent to the holding of a sI~cial mmeting' of said City Council on Monday, the 27th day of April, 1953 at the hour of
8:15 o'clock p. m. for the pmx'pose of considering and acting upon the following matters:
The authorization of the exeeution of an agreement between said City and The Stonecrest Corporation, a private
corporation, with respect to the construction and installation of public i~rovements in that certain subdivision known
as Winston Manor Subdivision No. 5.

City Attor~ Lyons explained a resolution for the execution of an mgr~ement between the City
and The Steam, rest Corporation relative to Winston Manor No. 5. Councilman Bracco introduced
a reaoluti~ of the City Council of the City of South San l~eisco authorizing the execution
of an a~nt be4r~een said city and the Stonecre~t Corporation, a private corporation, rel-
ative to the construction of public i~prove~nts in that eertain subdivision known as Winston
War, mr No. 2. Roll call vote Rs as follows: Ayes, Councilmen Noonan, Sani, Cortesi, Bracco,
