meat. At this time, Mr. ~audio arose and stated that he helieved Mr.
Cortmsi's "No" vote was intended am a ~ to Mr. Lucchio's motion.
Cour~ilman Cortesi asked Councilman L~ccMo if he mede a motion, to which
he replied that he had that the re~onin~ be denied. Councilman Cortesi
thor seconded the motion am made by Councilman Lucchio. Further discussion
followed, after which roll call vote mae am follomm: Ayes, Councilmen
Rocc,, Lucchio, Cortesi, Gamlen. Mayor ~mith voted "No'" etatin~ that his

The meting upon being recalled to order, Mr, Antonio Gaudio requested

addrmesed a letter concerning the Stonmm. n Development Corp. a~d the
Winston Manor problem, at IMMmh time ~be matter mm d~ctmmed. He .said
that the letter contained eight quemt~on~ which he F®quemted anwwerm4,
and that it had been referred to the CityAtto~ney. Be wished to know at

Attorney Lyons remarked that'he would answer the question the same as he
